BIKINI JOE’S
— Motion / Video ,
Bikini Joe’s showcases owner John Geske’s latest addition to the El Paso restaurant scene and offers patrons classic Mexican-style street food in an atmosphere inspired by everyone’s favorite Cantina.
The Sioux St. location has been the site of various restaurants through the years, but nothing quite like this. The establishment has been renovated to include four dining areas designed with a vibrant, eclectic and offbeat décor. Traditionally rich and warm colors mark the walls and each room is united by a distinctive bar that compliments the fun-loving atmosphere. Add in detailed wall murals depicting lazy days on the beach and a crazy two-headed steer wall mount, and it’s not hard to appreciate all that’s new and noteworthy about Bikini Joe’s. The food is mix of traditional Mexican street vendor favorites including tortas, tapatias and savory tacos, but patrons will also be treated to wood-fired fajitas, steaks and burgers. Authenticity and flavor are key concepts at Bikini Joes, so the experience wouldn’t be complete without fresh roasted green chiles, a well-stocked salsa bar complete with four traditionally prepared salsas, refreshing sangrias made in-house daily, as well a list of tasty margaritas.
